1. Sponsor
The Fall for Greenville Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Greenville Gemstone Mine, 205 N. Main Street, Greenville, South Carolina (“Sponsor”).
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Fall for Greenville or the City of Greenville.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, owners, officers, and immediate family members of Greenville Gemstone Mine and its affiliated businesses are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 10 am Friday October 9, 2026 and ends at 7pm on Sunday, October 11, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, eligible individuals may enter the Giveaway in person at Greenville Gemstone Mine, 205 N. Main Street, Greenville, SC.
To enter:
Scan the Giveaway QR code displayed in the store or access the designated loyalty registration form.
Complete the registration form with the requested information.
Submit the completed entry during the Giveaway Period.
There is no charge to enter.
Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Giveaway Period.
Duplicate entries may be removed at Sponsor’s discretion.
5. Greenville Gemstone Mine Rewards
Entrants may also have an opportunity to enroll in or participate in the Greenville Gemstone Mine Rewards/Loyalty Program.
Enrollment in the Rewards Program, making a purchase, the amount of a purchase, or participation in the Rewards Program will not increase an entrant’s odds of winning the Giveaway.
Existing Rewards members and individuals who are not Rewards members are equally eligible to enter, provided they otherwise meet these Official Rules.
6. Prize
$50 Gift card to be awarded Daily
Prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. Prize is non-transferable except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Any expenses not expressly included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Selection and Odds
The potential winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place on or about 7pm nightly.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Purchasing merchandise or participating in Greenville Gemstone Mine’s Rewards Program will not improve the odds of winning.
8. Winner Notification
Potential winner(s) will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address provided on the Giveaway registration form.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Claiming the Prize
Winner may be required to provide identification demonstrating eligibility before receiving the prize.
The winner will receive instructions from Sponsor regarding how and where the prize may be claimed.
No purchase or payment will be required to claim a prize.
10. Entry Information and Communications
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, including contacting potential winners.
Where an entrant separately agrees to receive promotional communications from Greenville Gemstone Mine, the entrant may also receive marketing communications in accordance with the permissions provided during registration.
Consent to receive promotional marketing communications is not required to enter or win the Giveaway.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted through unauthorized means, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway is terminated early, Sponsor may select the winner from eligible entries received before termination, as permitted by applicable law.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway and eligibility of entries will be final to the extent permitted by law.
12. Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliated entities from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where prohibited by law.
13. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city/state, and likeness for purposes of announcing or promoting the Giveaway without additional compensation.
14. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of South Carolina.
