5 Star Holiday Giveaway Prize Disclaimer

By participating in the special holiday giveaway hosted by Greenville Gemstone Mine, you acknowledge and agree to the following rules and procedures:

Eligibility:

  1. Only 5 Star Rewards Members are eligible for automatic entry into the special holiday giveaway. Membership must be active at the time of the drawing.
  2. Employees of Greenville Gemstone Mine or Chimney Rock Gemstone Mine are excluded from participation. If an employee is selected as a winner, another random drawing will take place to select a new winner.

Prize Options:

The winner will have the option to choose between one of the following prizes:

  • Free Gem Mine Birthday Experience Package (Valued at $150), or
  • $100 Gift Card.

Drawing Procedures:

  1. On the day of the drawing, company officials will review the total number of 5 Star Rewards Members as of 10:00 AM EST to establish the Drawing Day Member Tally (DDMT).
  2. A random number between 1 and the DDMT will be generated using Random.org. The number will correspond to the subscriber number, with 1 being the first member and DDMT being the most recent subscriber.
  3. The member whose number matches the random number generated will be declared the winner.

Winner Notification:

  1. The winner will be contacted via email immediately following the drawing. If no email is provided, the winner will be contacted via text.
  2. Winners have 5 business days from the date of notification to claim their prize.
  3. If the winner does not claim their prize within 5 business days, the prize will be forfeited, and there will be no additional drawing for that day’s prize.
  4. Winners will be publicly announced on our social media channels.

Prize Terms and Conditions:

  • No prize may be redeemed for cash or exchanged for another prize.
  • Birthday Experience Package: This prize must be scheduled within 1 year of the drawing date. The package includes:
    • 6 regular buckets for gem mining,
    • Treat bags with party items,
    • 30 minutes of gem mining,
    • 1 hour use of the party area,
    • A special party activity,
    • A personal party host,
    • The Birthday Child will receive a free helmet.
    • Additional guests may be added at the winner’s expense
  • $100 Gift Card:
    • The winner will be given instructions on where to pick up their card.
    • The gift card can be redeemed at any participating location.
    • Lost gift cards will not be replaced, and funds cannot be transferred to another gift card.
    • Reward Points will not be earned for purchases made with this gift card.

General Terms:

  1. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
  2. If the winner does not have a valid contact phone number or email, another random number will be generated to select a new winner.
  3. Winners must claim their prize within the 5-day window, or the prize will be forfeited.
