Completing a birthday party request form is not a confirmed reservation. A representative will contact you within 2 business days to confirm the date and time of your party.
To confirm your Birthday party booking we require a 50% deposit to be paid in full 2 weeks in advance of your party date. Reservations made within a 2-week request time must be paid in full when booked. Parties cancelled within less than 15 days notice will not be refunded but may instead be rescheduled for a later date (subject to availability). Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to reserved date will receive a full refund.
ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE, PARKING
There is a variety of street side parking and paid parking at our Main Street location. At our Haywood Mall location we recommend that party attendees park close to Dillards or Belk for the fastest access to our location.
GROUP REMINDERS
We suggest that patrons visiting our mine wear closed toe shoes while visiting our gem mine.
We also have a huge retail gift shop with a wide variety of jewelry, toys, rock specimens, fossils and more. Pricing begins at $1.00 Please feel free to inform your participants, so that they can bring money if they would like to shop.
PHOTO RELEASE
The Chimney Rock Gem Mine reserves the right to photograph/video visitors to our Gem Mine. These images could be posted lawfully on the Chimney Rock Gem Mine website and/or Chimney Rock Gem Mine social media accounts. If you prefer that you or your party not be photographed it is your responsibility to inform the Chimney Rock Gem Mine Staff upon arrival.
